Our goal is for you to fall in love with your new device, and if that wasn't the case our team is happy to accept any return for any reason within 30 days of shipment. We will accept your device back and apply a refund usually within 1 business day. In order to keep our prices as low as possible, we reserve the right to charge a 10% restocking fee on any return. This helps us cover our shipping costs, and helps us maintain our incredible pricing

If your device is having any functionality issues, you are still covered past the 30 days. We offer a 12-month warranty on all our devices. Physical damage, water damage, or similar issues will result in voiding your warranty. Please start your return below.

The easiest way to initiate your refund with us is through our return/warranty portal.
Follow the link below and it will take you through the seamless process of either setting up a replacement/exchange order or a refund for the device.
Important Notes:
If your device is returned without the original cable and adapter, a $10 fee per missing accessory may apply.
To keep our prices affordable, our 30-day return policy covers defects in materials and workmanship only. Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear is not covered.

Every Plug Certified device is backed by our 12-month limited warranty. If something isn’t working the way it should, we’ll take care of it. Our warranty covers hardware and software malfunctions that occur under normal use including issues such as battery failure, touch sensitivity problems, or other functional defects not caused by the user.

- Defects in materials or workmanship

- If a covered issue is confirmed, we will:
- Repair your device, or replace it with a comparable Plug Certified device if repair is not possible.
- Transit damage must be reported within 48 hours
of delivery.
What's not covered?
- Accidental damage (drops, cracks, liquid exposure)
- Normal wear and tear (cosmetic scratches, scuffs, etc.)
- Issues caused by third-party software
- Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or tampering
- Components or parts added after purchase
- Improper use, abuse, or failure to follow instructions
