Unpair any Apple Watch, sign out of your Apple Account and remove Activation Lock. Resolve any device-management restrictions before shipping.
Erase and remove your SIM
After your backup and account removal, erase all content and settings. Transfer your mobile service before removing an eSIM, and take out any physical SIM card.
Pack and label securely
Follow your offer’s packing instructions. Use a sturdy box and cushioning, attach the provided shipping label and keep your drop-off receipt.

How much is my iPhone worth?

Can I sell a cracked or damaged iPhone?
Check your exact model in the tool and select the condition that matches it. Some models offer a broken-condition option. Complete the offer process before sending a device.
Can I trade in a carrier-locked iPhone?
Choose the matching carrier option in the tool. A carrier lock is different from Activation Lock. An iPhone still linked to Find My or an Apple Account must have that lock removed before shipping.
Do I need to erase my iPhone before getting an estimate?
No. Check your estimate first. Before shipping, back up and transfer your data, sign out of your Apple Account, turn off Find My, and erase the phone. Transfer your mobile service and remove your SIM or eSIM as appropriate.
Is shipping free?
The prepaid shipping label provided for your mail-in offer is free to use. Pack your device securely and follow the carrier and drop-off instructions supplied with your label.
How can I receive my payout?
Choose Store Credit or select Choose Later to pick a digital payout method after inspection. Available options are shown in your offer and may include bank transfer, PayPal, Venmo, instant debit transfer and Cash App.
Do I have to buy a replacement device?
No. You can submit a buyback offer without placing a shopping order. If you choose Store Credit, you can use that credit toward a purchase.
When will I be paid?
Payment follows receipt and inspection of your device. Submitting an online offer does not trigger payment. Contact Plug if you need help with the status of your offer.
