Shipping and Refund Policies
How fast is plug's shipping?
If you order your device before 2 pm CST, our team will ship it out using UPS 2-day shipping unless you select a premium shipping option. UPS ships express Monday-Friday and guarantee you’ll have it within 2 business days. Since UPS doesn't work on the weekends if you order your device on Friday before our cut-off with 2-day shipping. You will have it by Tuesday at the latest!
This applies to all of our shipping options.
What countries does plug ship to?
Yes, we ship internationally. All international orders can be completed on the website, but our app now supports international orders as well!
But we don't currently ship to the following countries:
- China
- Thailand
- Vietnam
- South & North Korea
- Columbia
- Ecuador
- India
- Singapore
- Malaysia
- Taiwan

International 12 Month Warranty - Shipping Policy:
Just a heads up, we're thrilled to let you know that we provide international shipping for all the amazing products on our website. However, please keep in mind that any international duties, fees, or taxes that might come up during shipping are the customer's responsibility. These charges can vary depending on the destination country's regulations.
On another note, we've got your back with our 12-month warranty for all pre-owned tech devices. If there's a problem with your device during this period, you're eligible for a full refund/store credit. Just a friendly reminder though, we can't be held responsible for any issues that might occur during shipping, like damage or loss of goods.
Where does plug ship from?
Can i update my address after its been shipped?
After your device has been shipped out, we do not have the power to change your address or place it for pick up. Fortunately, You have that power. We use UPS for all of our express shipments, and with UPS, you can place your package on hold, change your address, or pick up at a local retailer using UPS’s app or website.
I ordered on the weekend, when will I get my device?
We use UPS as our main shipping carrier because they are reliable and extremely fast! UPS ships on Monday - Friday, so even if you order on a Saturday the package won't be picked up until the next business day, which is Monday. So if you paid for our overnight option on the weekend, UPS will have it in their procession on Monday, and have it delivered by the next day.

How long does it take to get my refund?
Upon receiving the return, we will apply a refund to your account. It typically takes about 2-3 business days for the money to be transferred to your bank account, depending on your bank. In order to keep our pricing competitive, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee on any order.
