Our certification process combines industry-leading automated diagnostics with hands-on quality checks by our trained QC team. Every device runs through 80+ automated checkpoints, followed by manual inspection and verification that brings our total to 90+ points.
Display & Touch: Screen integrity, touch responsiveness across all zones, pixel accuracy, brightness levels, and haptic feedback functionality.
Audio: Earpiece, loudspeaker, microphone input, noise cancellation, and headphone jack (where applicable).
Buttons & Ports: Power, volume, mute/action button, charging port, and data transfer verification.
Battery Health: Charge capacity relative to original spec, charge cycle count, and ability to hold and receive charge. Devices must have a battery health of 80% or higher.
Battery Threshold Review: Secondary manual review to confirm 80%+ capacity beyond what automated diagnostics flag. A double-check to make sure your battery is ready for the long haul.
