    Select the original storage capacity and the matching carrier or unlocked option. Free storage space is not the same as the phone’s capacity.

  3. Review its working condition

    Check the screen, cameras, buttons and charging connection. For a Pixel Fold, inspect both displays and the hinge. Use the condition options shown for your specific model.

Before you ship your Google Pixel

Prepare your device after reviewing your offer and shipping instructions. You do not need to erase it to check its value.

  1. Save what you want to keep

    Back up your photos, files, messages and contacts. Confirm your data and mobile service are available on your next device.

  2. Remove your Google account

    Remove the account before factory-resetting to clear account protection. Resolve any work or school management restrictions before shipping.

  3. Erase the phone and remove your SIM

    After backing up and removing accounts, factory-reset the Pixel. Remove any physical SIM and remove your eSIM after service has transferred.

  4. Pack and label securely

    Follow your offer’s packing instructions. Use a sturdy box and cushioning, attach the provided shipping label and keep your drop-off receipt.

Can I sell a Pixel a-series or Pixel Fold?

Search for your exact model in the tool. Available models and condition options determine whether you can receive an offer; a similar-looking Pixel is not a substitute for your exact device.

Can I sell my Pixel if it is carrier-locked?

Choose the correct carrier option when checking its value. Carrier eligibility is shown in the tool. A Google account lock is separate and must be removed before the phone is shipped.

How do I prepare a Pixel without losing my data?

Get your estimate first. When ready to ship, back up and transfer your data and mobile service, remove your Google account, then factory-reset. Remove a physical SIM or eSIM as appropriate after transferring service.

Is shipping free?

The prepaid shipping label provided for your mail-in offer is free to use. Pack your device securely and follow the carrier and drop-off instructions supplied with your label.

How can I receive my payout?

Choose Store Credit or select Choose Later to pick a digital payout method after inspection. Available options are shown in your offer and may include bank transfer, PayPal, Venmo, instant debit transfer and Cash App.

Do I have to buy a replacement device?

No. You can submit a buyback offer without placing a shopping order. If you choose Store Credit, you can use that credit toward a purchase.

When will I be paid?

Payment follows receipt and inspection of your device. Submitting an online offer does not trigger payment. Contact Plug if you need help with the status of your offer.
