The product was very nice and clean and great packaging but the device it’s self had issues updating and allowing to login with my current Apple ID and troubles allowing me to creat another Apple ID but thankfully plug is making things right and rectifying the situation I couldn’t have asked for better communication and customer service and support. I know that they do there best to verify all the products and there due diligent to put out a great product so I completely stand behind them with any purchase I make and will continue making purchases through them and only them.
