I originally bought the graphite color and it was overall in excellent condition, although I later noticed a micro scratch on the lenses. Plug’s customer service promptly responded to my concerns and sent a new phone that did not have any flaws at all, and the battery was at 87%! The fastest you can get an exchange delivered is within 2-3 days, so it’s really convenient. I’ve been using the phone for a week now and there are no issues, and it works great. I’m really satisfied with my purchase, as my biggest concern with other sellers is that their phone could be refurbished with faulty parts or their customer service could be dismissive or useless, but this phone genuinely works as good as new and Plug’s customer service is super prompt and helpful. I would buy from them again :)
Also worth noting: the phone came with a free phone case and a pre-installed screen protector, which was a nice surprise. I’m not sure that all come like that but both of the phones I ordered did!
