We will accept tu dispositivo back and apply a refund usually within 1 business day. In order to keep our prices as low as possible, we reserve the right to charge a 10% restocking fee on any return. What's covered?
- Defects in materials or workmanship

- Functional failures not caused by accidental damage or misuse
- If a covered issue is confirmed, we will:
- Repair tu dispositivo, or replace it with a comparable certificado por Plug device if repair is not possible.
- Transit damage must be reported within 48 hours
of delivery.

- Accidental damage (drops, cracks, liquid exposure)
- Normal wear and tear (cosmetic scratches, scuffs, etc.)
- Issues caused by third-party software
- Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or tampering
- Components or parts added after purchase
- Improper use, abuse, or failure to follow instructions
- Loss & Theft
