Well for one I was pleasantly surprised with how fast it got here from the initial it told me it was going to be here on a Wednesday and then it got bumped to a Monday and then it came on a Sunday. So that was great and finally when I opened it the phone looks great. I've had it about 24 hours now and I'm still playing with it. Getting off the kinks but it hasn't overheated the phone looks great I don't know why this phone was refurbished for whatever you guys did? You fixed it well and so far so good and I would definitely be a returning customer
