Phone came in excellent condition and looked exactly like it was described. The extras were a nice bonus too. Really happy with it and I’d recommend Plug.
Second purchase, flawless process. Perfect condition, works flawlessly, and the battery life is tremendous. Arrived just as Plug stated, quickly and well packaged.
FAQ
Does Apple do Black Friday deals?
Apple's own Black Friday offer is usually a gift card with a full-price purchase, not a lower price. Real Apple Black Friday deals come from retailers, and certified pre-owned is the deepest: Plug sells inspected, unlocked iPhones, MacBooks, iPads, Apple Watch and AirPods at up to 70% off retail with a 12-Month Plug Warranty.
Which Apple products drop the most on Black Friday?
Previous-generation iPhones, MacBook Air and iPad see the biggest Black Friday drops, typically $100 to $300 at retailers and more in certified pre-owned. At Plug the iPhone 13, MacBook Air M1 and base iPad are the deepest values, each unlocked, inspected and warrantied for 12 months.
Are Plug's Apple devices genuine?
Yes. Plug sells genuine Apple hardware, sourced from manufacturer partners, certified dealers and trade-in programs, then inspected on 90+ points in an R2 certified facility. Serial numbers are verified, data is securely erased, and every device is backed by the 12-Month Plug Warranty.
Can I use Apple's warranty on a Plug device?
Plug devices are covered by the 12-Month Plug Warranty, which handles defects and malfunctions, and by the 30-Day Love It or Return It policy. Apple's original warranty has usually expired on pre-owned hardware, so Plug's coverage replaces it; accident protection for drops and spills can be added at checkout.
Do Apple Black Friday deals continue into Cyber Monday?
Yes. Plug's Apple pricing runs from early November through Cyber Monday, November 30, 2026, with restocks and new markdowns on Monday. Popular models sell out first, so if the iPhone or MacBook you want is in stock on Black Friday, that is the day to buy it.
What is Plug's holiday return policy?
Plug is extending returns for the holidays: orders placed from October 30 through December 15, 2026 can be returned by January 15, 2027, so gifts can be opened, tried and returned after the holidays. Orders placed after December 15 follow the standard 30-day return window. Every device also keeps its 12-Month Plug Warranty. See the return policy for details.
