Well, after buying an eco-friendly device before, I decided to buy an excellent condition iPhone 15 Pro... So it was an excellent decision; the device looks brand new (except for a small detail). The previous device was an eco-friendly iPhone 12 mini and looked a little used, but I understand why it's eco-friendly. The battery health was 100%. That's the problem; my new device (the 15 Pro) is 88%. I know they have the +80% guarantee, but it would be great if this were different, since a cheaper device has 100%, but then the expensive one has 88%. It would make more sense to have better battery health for the expensive one!... But overall, great experience with Plug. I really appreciate your work!!!
