Garantía

Our garantía de 12 meses covers all product defects, including hardware and software issues, or any malfunction independent of user use (e.g., touch sensitivity, battery failure).

  • Qué está cubierto:

    Technical defects due to improper workmanship or materials. Damage in transit (please note that you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the device to report this. After that, we cannot accept the device back, as your Garantía would be voided.)

  • Qué no está cubierto:

    Problemas causados por software de terceros o reparación no autorizada, uso inadecuado o incumplimiento de instrucciones, componentes agregados después de la venta, desgaste normal, daños externos o abuso.

  • Notas Importantes:

    Please ensure your return is securely packaged, as any damage during transit is not covered under Garantía. Our Garantía applies only to the original purchaser and becomes void if the device has been opened or tampered with. Once received, our team will attempt to repair the device. If a repair is not possible, we’ll move forward with a replacement.
