EU Right of Withdrawal
If your order was delivered to a country in the European Union or an EFTA market (Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, or Switzerland), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery, without giving any reason. This right applies in addition to Plug's 30-Day Returns and your 12-Month Plug Warranty. Whichever policy works better for you is the one you can use.
Your right of withdrawal
You may withdraw from your purchase for any reason, or no reason at all, within 14 days from the day you (or someone you designate, other than the carrier) receive the goods. If your order ships in multiple deliveries, the 14-day period starts on the day you receive the last item of your order.
How to exercise your right of withdrawal
To withdraw, tell us about your decision before the 14-day period ends. You can do this in either of two ways:
- Returns portal (fastest): Go to plug.tech/returns and follow the steps to submit your withdrawal request.
- Email: Send a clear statement of your decision to withdraw to [email protected]. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but you do not have to.
You meet the deadline as long as you send your withdrawal notice before the 14-day period expires.

Returning your items
Once you notify us, please send the goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you told us you are withdrawing. Our returns portal will guide you through the shipping steps. You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods unless we provide you with a prepaid return label.
You may inspect the goods the way you would in a store, to check their nature, characteristics, and functioning. If the value of the goods is diminished because of handling beyond that, we may deduct an amount corresponding to that diminished value from your refund.
Your refund
If you withdraw, we will refund all payments received from you for the withdrawn items, including original standard shipping costs. If you chose a delivery option more expensive than our least expensive standard delivery, we will refund up to the cost of standard delivery.
We will issue your refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive your withdrawal notice. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you shipped them, whichever comes first. Refunds go back to your original payment method and you will not be charged any fees for the refund. No restocking fee applies to withdrawals under this policy.
Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Sealed audio or video recordings or sealed software, once unsealed after delivery
- Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized (for example, custom engraving)
- Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons, once unsealed after delivery
