Where do I find my ICCID?

It is the 19 to 20 digit number printed on the Boost insert card inside your Plug box. You will type it in during activation (step 4). Every Plug phone ships with this insert.

Why do I have to pick eSIM?

Your Boost plan is digital, it installs as an eSIM directly on your phone, so there is no physical SIM card in your box. If you choose the physical SIM option or insert a SIM, your device will not activate. Always select "Activate instantly with eSIM."

Can I keep my current phone number?

Yes. During plan setup you can port your existing number over, or choose to get a brand new one. To port, have your current account number and PIN handy from your old carrier.

How do I find my phone's IMEI?

Dial *#06# on the phone and it appears on screen. Or go to Settings, General, About on iPhone, or Settings, About phone on Android.

What happens after my free month?

You move to $25/mo with AutoPay ($30/mo without). Same unlimited talk, text, and data. There is no contract and you can cancel anytime.

My activation will not go through. What do I do?

Make sure you are on Wi-Fi, that you selected eSIM (not physical SIM), and that no SIM card is inserted. Double check the ICCID matches your insert exactly. Still stuck? Email [email protected] and we will help.
