Shopping for certified pre-owned tech shouldn’t feel like decoding a menu. Customers told us they wanted condition labels they could understand at a glance, so we refreshed our grading system with clearer, plain-language names.

Looks and feels close to new, with no visible wear from arm’s length.
Best value
Great
May have 1–2 light scratches or small nicks on the display, frame, or back.
Maximum savings
Good
Visible scratches and possibly small dents on the exterior, with maximum savings to match.
