How to Block a Number On Your iPhone

Are you tired of the crazy amount of spam calls you're receiving?  Maybe there is someone that you don't want to speak to and they keep bothering you.  In this article, our team will outline how you can block another mobile phone number and get the privacy that you need.  

The first thing you need to do is open up the Phone app on your iPhone. This is the app you usually use to make phone calls, and is probably located on your home screen. The icon for the phone app is green with a white phone receiver.

Next, click on the "i" icon in the phone tab. This icon will appear under the Favorites, Recents, and Voicemail tabs on the Phone app on iPhone.

Once you tap into the caller's details, scroll down and tap "Block this Caller."

A confirmation will appear to block the number. Tap "Block Contact" and you're done! The number will no longer be able to call you, message you, or FaceTime call you

To manage numbers that you have blocked, follow the following steps:

1. Tap settings on your home screen
2. Tap on the Phone app
3. Tap on Blocked Contacts to manage numbers you have blocked
