I sat on my iPad and crushed the screen. Since I was working on a project I bought a new iPad. Eventually I got the smashed screen replaced. So I needed a new Apple Pencil for my resuscitated tablet. I should have gone right to plug., but I bought a knock off pencil first. I work in Procreate and this knock off pencil was so bad that I named it Skippy. Returned Skippy and found Plug.tech. So my refurbished Apple Pencil arrived and truth is it did not work right off the bat. I unpaired the pencil and iPad, then paired them again and it works brilliantly.
