My spouse loved the phone. At the begining when we turned it on it was opening and closing apps. But I automatically knew it was because it has been off and hasn't been updated as soon as we did the update it stopped and the phone works wonderfully. If we ever need new phones we know to come to plug to buy our next phones. I believe I got the phone in the good condition and it came with little to no visible scratches you have to really stare hard to notice something but we loved the phones!
