Let’s start off with first impressions.

You have the choice of buying from eBay for a “cheaper” device, but the issue with eBay is that there’s no warranty. After 30 days, you might discover something broken internally, or the seller didn’t pay off the phone, and you’re out of luck. But with Plug Tech’s warranty (which I’ve used before), you’re covered for a year from the delivery date: 30 days for returns, and 1 year for other issues (like internal problems not caused by physical damage, such as IMEI blacklisting). It just doesn’t cover physical damage.

When I got my phone 4 days later, I bought it on Friday, and it got delivered on Tuesday (which can only be delivered on weekdays, FedEx issue). Then I turned it on, since it had been in storage for a long time, and the battery was at 8%. I plugged the phone into a 100W charger, the phone peaked at 45W for a bit, then dropped down to 35W due to PPS (good for efficiency, faster charging, and less heat). The phone charged up to 80% from 8% in about 30 minutes, much faster than the base model.

The box came in a FedEx box, inside the box was another box and those PopSockets (plug branded), and inside the bigger plug box was a smaller plug box (pls include padding dude). This included the phone and a 20W brick + USB-C to USB-C cable, often seen with Apple devices, but everything was plug branded. Also, the box has magnets that feel more premium
