Warranty

Our 12-month Plug Warranty covers all product defects, including hardware and software issues, or any malfunction independent of user use (e.g., touch sensitivity, battery failure).

  • What is Covered:

    Technical defects due to improper workmanship or materials. Damage in transit (please note that you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the device to report this. After that, we cannot accept the device back, as your warranty would be voided.)

  • What is Not Covered:

    Issues caused by third-party software or unauthorized repair Improper use or failure to follow instructions, components added post-sale Normal wear and tear, external damage, or abuse.

  • Important Notes:

    Please ensure your return is securely packaged, as any damage during transit is not covered under warranty. Our warranty applies only to the original purchaser and becomes void if the device has been opened or tampered with. Once received, our team will attempt to repair the device. If a repair is not possible, we’ll move forward with a replacement.
