Plug's BIG GAME Giveaway Contest: Full Contest Rules
1. Entrants must be residents of the U.S., 18 years or older.
2. No purchase is necessary to enter the contest.
3. Entrants must complete and submit all required fields in the contest entry form by 4:00 pm EST on Feb. 11, 2024, to be eligible. Entries received after this deadline are ineligible, null, and void. Plug will not be responsible for incomplete or incorrect entries and is not responsible for entries that are sent but not received for any reason.
4. All winners will be notified by the method of contact they provided to Plug when they entered the contest. Winners will have thirty (30) days to respond upon first notification to receive the contest prize.
5. Only one entry per person will be considered for contest entry unless contest communications specifically state that multiple entries are allowed.
6. Winners will be selected at random. The odds of winning depend on the number of entries received and cannot be determined in advance.
7. The contest is null and void in any jurisdiction where they are prohibited by law.
8. Plug reserves the right to condition the award of any prize upon the execution by the winner(s) of a publicity release. Entry is deemed to be permission by the entrant for Plug to use the entrant’s name (without compensation) if the entrant is a winner to publicize the contest and otherwise, as determined by Plug, unless prohibited by law.
9. If selected as a winner, you agree to hold Plug and its officers, employees, agents, and successors harmless from any claims that arise in connection with Plug’s use of submitted entry information and used in any manner in Plug’s sole and absolute discretion.
10. If selected as a winner, you acknowledge that Plug shall have no obligation to post, display, or otherwise make publicly available your name in connection with the contest.
11. Winners may not request substitutions of prize winnings. All winners are solely responsible for any taxes, fees, and additional costs that may be incurred.
12. Neither Plug nor its officers, employees, agents, or successors shall be liable for any warranty, costs, damage, injury, or other claims incurred as a result of any winner’s use of a prize. Plug is not liable for any loss arising out of or in connection with any contest promoted by Plug.
13. If the specified prize becomes unavailable, Plug may substitute a prize of like or equal value at its sole and absolute discretion.
14. Plug reserves the right to terminate any contest at any time without prior notice at its sole and absolute discretion.
15. Plug reserves the right to alter any contest rules at any time at its sole and absolute discretion.
16. By entering this contest, you are deemed to have agreed to be bound by these contest rules and terms and conditions as well as by any rules specific to this contest. This is an irrevocable condition of entry.
