Plug Ultimate Summer Tech Pack Giveaway Contest Rules
- Entrants must be residents of the U.S., 16 years or older, and either a full-time student or the parent or legal guardian of a full-time student(s).
- No purchase is necessary to enter the contest.
- Entrants must complete and submit all required fields in the contest entry form by 11:59 pm EST on June 28, 2024, in order to be eligible. Entries received after this deadline are ineligible, null, and void. plug will not be responsible for and will not consider incomplete or incorrect entries. plug is not responsible for entries that are sent to but not received by plug for any reason.
- All winners will be notified by the method of contact they provided to plug when they entered the contest. Winners will have thirty (30) days to respond upon first notification to receive contest prize.
- Only one entry per person will be considered for contest entry unless contest communications specifically says that multiple entries are allowed.
- Winners will be selected at random. The odds of winning will depend upon the number of entries received and cannot be determined in advance.
- Contest is null and void in any jurisdiction where they are prohibited by law.
- plug reserves the right to condition the award of any prize upon the execution by the winner(s) of a publicity release. Notwithstanding this reserved right, entry is conclusively deemed to be permission by the entrant for plug to use the entrant’s name (without compensation to the entrant) if the entrant is a winner to publicize the contest and otherwise, as determined by plug, unless prohibited by law.
- If you are selected as a winner, you agree to hold plug and its officers, employees, agents, and successors harmless from and against—and hereby waive any right to pursue—any claims of any nature that arise in connection with plug’s use of submitted entry information to plug and used in any manner in plug’s sole and absolute discretion.
- If you are selected as a winner, you acknowledge and agree that plug shall have no obligation to post, display, or otherwise make publicly available your name in connection with the contest.
- Winners may not request substitutions of prize winnings. All winners are solely responsible for any and all taxes and/or fees as well as all additional costs that may be incurred.
- Neither plug nor its officers, employees, agents, or successors shall be liable for any warranty, costs, damage, injury, or any other claims incurred as a result of any winner’s use of a prize. plug is not liable for any loss arising out of or in connection with any contest promoted by plug.
- If the specified prize becomes unavailable for any reason, plug in its sole and absolute discretion may substitute a prize of like or equal value.
- plug reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to terminate any contest at any time without prior notice.
- plug reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to alter any contest rules at any time.
- By entering this contest, you conclusively are deemed to have agreed to be bound by these contest rules and terms and conditions as well as by any rules specific to this contest. This is an irrevocable condition of entry.
- plug reserves the right to require the winner to execute an affidavit of eligibility as a sworn document and provide other proof of eligibility as a condition of receipt of the prize or award.
