Golden Plug Promotion Rules

 

Promotional Rules and Exclusions:

 

1. Entrants must be residents of the U.S. and 18 years or older.
2. All orders placed at plug.tech or through the plug app between Nov 18 - Dec 28, 2023 are eligible for immediate entry in the promotion.
3. Between Nov 18 and Dec 28, 2023 seven Golden Plugs will be distributed in one outgoing order each week. Recipients of the Golden Plugs will be chosen at random from all purchasers at plug.tech or through the plug app during the promotional period.
4. All other outgoing purchases between Nov 18 and Dec 28, 2023 will receive a Golden Ticket scratch-off card revealing a special discount of $5, $10 or $15.
5. The Golden Plug winners receive their choice of ONE (1) prize: a plug product currently listed on plug.tech up to $1500.00. All products listed on plug.tech at $1500.00 or less are eligible for inclusion.
6. After the winners receive their Golden Plug, they can select their prize anytime before January 31, 2024 by following the directions in their package.
7. Golden Plug Winners must contact plug at the email address in their package with their name, the mailing address where they received the winning package, and their preferred email address for prize communication.
8. Multiple entries can be made through additional purchases at plug.tech or through the app between Nov 18, 2023 and Dec 28, 2023. Each purchase made during the promotional period equals one entry.
9. The odds of winning will depend upon the number of purchases made between Nov 18, 2023  and Dec 28, 2023 and cannot be determined in advance. Winners will be chosen at random.
10. Promotion is null and void in any jurisdiction where they are prohibited by law.
11. plug reserves the right to condition the award of any prize upon the execution by the winner(s) of a publicity release and/or social media. Notwithstanding this reserved right, entry is conclusively deemed to be permission by the entrant for plug to use the entrant’s name (without compensation to the entrant) if the entrant is a winner to publicize the contest and otherwise, as determined by plug, unless prohibited by law.
12. Recipients of the Golden Plugs will be announced on Tuesdays during the promotional duration via email and social media channels.
13. If you are selected as a winner, you agree to hold plug and its officers, employees, agents, and successors harmless from and against—and hereby waive any right to pursue—any claims of any nature that arise in connection with plug’s use of submitted entry information to plug and used in any manner in plug’s sole and absolute discretion.
14. If you are selected as a winner, you acknowledge and agree that plug shall have no obligation to post, display, or otherwise make publicly available your name in connection with the contest.
15. Winners may not request substitutions of prize winnings and must choose from currently listed devices and products at plug.tech. All winners are solely responsible for any and all taxes and/or fees as well as all additional costs that may be incurred.
16. Neither plug nor its officers, employees, agents, or successors shall be liable for any warranty, costs, damage, injury, or any other claims incurred as a result of any winner’s use of a prize. plug is not liable for any loss arising out of or in connection with any contest promoted by plug.
17. plug reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to terminate any promotion or contest at any time without prior notice.
18. plug reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to alter any promotion or contest rules at any time.
19. plug reserves the right to require the winner to prove their eligibility and provide other proof of eligibility as a condition of receipt of the prize or award.
