NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase, payment, or activation is not required to enter and will not increase your chances of winning. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.

 

 

 

1. SPONSOR

 


This Sweepstakes (“Promotion”) is sponsored by Plug, 8312 Page Ave, St. Louis, MO 63114 (“Sponsor”).

 

 

 

2. ELIGIBILITY

 


The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor and its affiliates, and members of their immediate household or family, are not eligible. The Promotion is void where prohibited by law.

 

 

 

3. PROMOTION PERIOD

 


The Promotion begins on September 5, 2025 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) and ends on October 5, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. ET (“Promotion Period”). Only entries received during this period are eligible.

 

 

 

4. HOW TO ENTER

 


There are two methods of entry:


 

A. Waitlist Referral Entry

 

 

  1. Visit the Mobile by Plug waitlist page at https://www.plug.tech/pages/mobile-by-plug-waitlist and submit your email address to join the waitlist.

  2. You will receive a unique referral link.

  3. You will receive one (1) entry for each legitimate referral that uses your link to join the waitlist during the Promotion Period.

  4. “Legitimate referral” means a real person with a valid email address who meets eligibility requirements. Fake, duplicate, or automated referrals are strictly prohibited and will result in disqualification.

 


 

B. Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE) – No Purchase Necessary

 


To enter without joining the waitlist or making referrals, handwrite your (i) full name, (ii) complete mailing address, (iii) email address, and (iv) date of birth on a plain 3”x5” card. Mail it in a stamped envelope to:

Each mail-in entry will count as one (1) referral equivalent. Limit one (1) AMOE entry per envelope. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by October 5, 2025 and received by October 12, 2025.


All entries become property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.

 

 

 

5. ENTRY LIMITS

 


There is no maximum number of referral entries; however, only legitimate, eligible, human entries will be counted. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify participants who use fraudulent or unethical referral practices.

 

 

 

6. PRIZES & RANKINGS

 


Eligible participants will be ranked based on the total number of confirmed legitimate referrals earned during the Promotion Period.


Prize tiers are awarded as follows:

 

  • Top 25 Participants (“Plug Liberators”): Receive a free iPhone 15 and three (3) months of Plug Mobile service (Approximate Retail Value “ARV”: $650)

  • Ranks 26–50 (“Plug Fugitives”): Receive free AirPods (4th Generation) and three (3) months of Plug Mobile service (ARV: $260)

  • Ranks 51–100 (“Plug Escapists”): Receive free Beats Flex and three (3) months of Plug Mobile service (ARV: $200)

  • Ranks 101+ (“Plug Rebels”): Eligible to purchase three (3) months of Plug Mobile service for $45 total (ARV: $150)

 


Total number of winners is determined by ranking at the end of the Promotion Period.


 

Prize Redemption Requirement

 


To claim and receive any prize, winners must activate a three (3) month Plug Mobile plan. Failure to activate service by the deadline provided in the winner notification email will result in forfeiture of the prize.

 

 

 

7. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION

 


Winners will be determined based on the ranking of eligible entries as of the close of the Promotion Period. Winners will be notified by email on or after October 6, 2025. If a potential winner does not respond within seven (7) days of notification or fails to complete activation requirements, Sponsor may disqualify the winner and award the prize to the next eligible participant.

 

 

 

8. ODDS OF WINNING

 


Odds of winning depend on the total number of valid entries and referrals received during the Promotion Period.

 

 

 

9. GENERAL CONDITIONS

 

 

  • Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or acts in violation of these Official Rules.

  • Entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, or generated by bots, scripts, or automated means will be void.

  • Sponsor’s decisions are final in all matters related to the Promotion.

 

 

 

 

10. PUBLICITY RELEASE

 


By participating, entrants grant Sponsor the unrestricted right to use their name, likeness, and city/state of residence for promotional purposes in any media without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

 

 

 

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

 


By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, and their respective employees, officers, and agents from any claim or liability arising from participation or receipt or use of any prize.

 

 

 

12. DISPUTES

 


This Promotion is governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved individually, without class action, and exclusively by the state or federal courts located in St. Louis County, Missouri.

 

 

 

13. PRIVACY

 


Personal information collected in connection with this Promotion will be used in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy available at https://www.plug.tech/pages/privacy-policy.

 

 

 

14. WINNER LIST

 


To request a list of winners, mail a self-addressed stamped envelope to:
